Academic and Career Profile Assessment

The process begins with a comprehensive assessment of the student’s academic background, interests, strengths, personality, and long-term goals.

Exploring Degree Programs and Universities

Students receive guidance in identifying degree programs and universities that best match their profile, interests, and future career aspirations.

Application Preparation

We support students in preparing the documents required for admission, including personal statements, CVs, and other university-specific application materials.

Application Submission and Interview Preparation

In the final stage, we assist students with reviewing and submitting their applications and preparing for university interviews, helping them approach the process with confidence and professionalism.

How Long Does the Academic Guidance Process Take?

The duration of the guidance process varies depending on the student’s profile, their level of clarity regarding their academic direction, and the complexity of the university application process. In most cases, the process unfolds over several months, allowing adequate time for the exploration of academic options and the careful preparation of application materials.

How Many Counseling Sessions Are Needed?

The number of sessions varies depending on several factors, including the student’s level of preparation, their involvement in the process, and the complexity of the university applications. Each guidance process is unique and tailored to the student’s academic profile and individual needs.

Do You Offer Counseling Packages?

No. The guidance process is flexible and tailored to each student, as academic direction and goals may become clearer or evolve throughout the exploration process. For this reason, counseling services are offered on an hourly basis, depending on the individual needs of each student.

Does Budget Influence University Selection?

Yes. Tuition fees and living expenses are important considerations in the university selection process. As part of the guidance process, both academic and financial factors are carefully evaluated, including tuition costs, living expenses, and scholarship opportunities.

Are the Application Requirements the Same for All Universities?

No. Admission requirements and the required application documents may vary from one university to another. Depending on the program of study, applications may include personal statements or motivation letters, an academic CV, letters of recommendation, portfolios, or interviews.

Can a Student Begin the Guidance Process Without Knowing What They Want to Study?

Yes. Many students begin the process without having a clearly defined academic direction. An important part of the guidance process involves exploring the student’s interests, strengths, and academic options to identify suitable fields of study and university programs.

Can Admission to a University Be Guaranteed?

No. University admission depends on multiple factors, including academic performance, the applicant’s profile, and each university’s selection criteria. The guidance process supports students in developing coherent, authentic, and competitive applications.

Ideally, the process should begin approximately 12–18 months before university applications are submitted, allowing sufficient time for academic exploration and application preparation. However, guidance can also begin later, depending on the student’s individual situation.
